Fall has arrived on the Front Range, and I have spent the last few weeks flying from Loveland to Allenspark. The cottonwoods along the creeks have turned gold, the aspens in the high country are glowing, and the light in the early mornings has that low, warm quality that makes every street look like home.
This is the short window I wait for all year. It only lasts a few weeks, and it changes how every community looks from above, so I have been in the air as often as the weather allows. Here are the six neighborhoods that have joined the Foothills Film + Footage Library this season, and what I found when I flew each one.

Loveland is a new town in the library, and Garden Gate is the first neighborhood there. It is a welcoming community of about 180 homes in southeast Loveland, set near the Big Thompson River corridor and its native greenbelt. I flew it while the trees along its streets were turning amber, gold, and red, and there are twenty-two new clips of it waiting for you.

Allenspark's homes are spread across forested hillsides and mountain meadows along Highway 7, with Mount Meeker and the Twin Sisters Peaks on the horizon and Wild Basin just minutes away. I filmed it while the aspens were turning the slopes gold. I also hiked the Middle St. Vrain Trail nearby with my camera, and that footage of golden aspens and clear, cold water will join the library very soon.

Firestone is also new to the library, beginning with Barefoot Lakes, a community set beside the tree-lined St. Vrain River with two lakes covering more than one hundred acres at its heart. I planned the flight for sunset so the lakes would hold the evening sky, and the water reflects the Front Range on the western horizon beautifully. Residents paddleboard and kayak from the community dock and walk the trails that circle the lakes, and the footage shows that water-centered way of life.
If you would like the full story of that evening flight, you can read my Barefoot Lakes neighborhood spotlight.

Old Town Erie is the historic heart of Erie, where the town's coal-mining roots show in the brick storefronts along Briggs Street and in the tree-lined blocks of older homes with front porches and big shade trees. Coal Creek Park sits at the edge of downtown, and the Coal Creek Trail crosses the creek to connect Old Town with Erie's newer neighborhoods.

Skyestone is a 55-and-over active adult community in Broomfield with single-story, ranch-style homes built for easy one-level living. Its clubhouse, the Lodge, has a fitness center, an outdoor pool and spa, and pickleball courts. The community backs onto Westminster Hills Open Space, and several streets look out toward Great Western Reservoir with the Front Range rising behind it.

Centaur Village is a Lafayette neighborhood with its own entrance and its own identity, separate from its neighbor to the north, Centaur Village North. It sits close to Centaurus High School, and its streets hold a mix of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes built mostly in the 1980s and 1990s, which gives it an established, settled feel.

Buyers are choosing a community as much as a house, and fall is when many Front Range communities look their most inviting. Golden cottonwoods along a creek, red maples lining a street, and aspens lighting up a mountain hillside tell a buyer how it feels to live somewhere in a way a listing photo of a kitchen never can.
Every neighborhood in the Foothills Film + Footage Library is filmed in both vertical and horizontal formats. The vertical clips are ready for Reels and Stories, and the horizontal clips are ready for listing videos, your website, and YouTube, so you never have to crop or reshoot for a different platform. A single fall flight can carry your neighborhood marketing through the season and give you something beautiful to post between listings.
Tell me which neighborhood you farm, and I will add it to my shoot list. Several neighborhoods in the library are there because one agent asked for them. You can email me with your neighborhood request, and I will let you know when it is scheduled.
A note for October 2026: Founding Member pricing for the Foothills Film + Footage Library closes on November 1, and Founding Members lock in 25 percent off their plan for two full years. You can see Founding Member pricing here. I am also teaching a free class for real estate agents, Marketing Like a Storyteller, on Thursday, November 5, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. in Broomfield, and you can save your seat here.
Six communities were added this season. They are Garden Gate in Loveland, Allenspark, Barefoot Lakes in Firestone, Old Town Erie, Skyestone in Broomfield, and Centaur Village in Lafayette.
Yes. Every neighborhood in the library is filmed in both vertical and horizontal formats, so agents can use the same flight for Instagram Reels and Stories and for listing videos, websites, and YouTube without cropping anything.
Yes. Agents can email Kyra with the neighborhood they farm or list in, and she will add it to her shoot list. Several neighborhoods in the library were filmed because one agent asked for them.
