Foothills Film + Footage (“FF+F,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Kyra Coates Productions LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you visit our website or subscribe to our aerial footage library.

Account and billing information. When you subscribe or make a purchase, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details. We do not store your full payment card information ourselves. Our membership platform, Memberstack, stores your account email, subscription plan, and login credentials.
Website usage data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect information about how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, time on site, device type, and general location (city or region level, not precise address). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Email information. If you sign up for updates or communications, your email address is stored in Kit, our email service provider, so we can send you newsletters, product updates, or transactional messages related to your account.
Information you provide directly. If you contact us through our contact form, book an appointment, or communicate with us by email or phone, we retain that correspondence and any information you choose to share.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain your subscription and access to the footage library; process payments and manage billing through Stripe; communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests; send marketing communications if you have opted in, which you may unsubscribe from at any time; understand and improve how visitors use our site; and comply with legal and tax obligations.
We share information with the following service providers solely to operate our business: Stripe (payment processing), Memberstack (account and subscription management), Google Analytics (site analytics), Kit (email communications), and Webflow (website hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
