Together we choose the package that fits, and I schedule the shoot for the best light on that property, which is often early morning. Photos come back by the end of the next business day, and the video follows within 48 hours or 3 business days, depending on the package.
Drive time of up to 45 minutes from Longmont is included in every price. Shoots between 45 minutes and an hour away carry a $35 travel fee, and shoots between one hour and an hour and a half away carry a $75 travel fee. For anything farther, I'm glad to put together a quote.
When the aerial video, the interior photos, and the floor plan all come from the same person on the same morning, you book one appointment instead of two. The light, the color, and the feeling stay consistent across everything you post.
