Garden Gate

Loveland

Garden Gate is a welcoming neighborhood of about 180 homes in southeast Loveland, set near East 1st Street with the Big Thompson River corridor and its native greenbelt just beyond its edges. Built in the mid-2000s, its streets are lined with ranch, two-story, and tri-level homes, most with basements and attached garages on comfortable lots. Families gather at the neighborhood park and its large playground, and walking paths lead out toward open space where the views stretch west to the foothills. Downtown Loveland is about five minutes away, Boyd Lake State Park is just a few miles from home, and Interstate 25 and Highway 34 make it easy to reach Fort Collins, Longmont, and the rest of the Front Range, all of which gives Garden Gate a relaxed and connected sense of community.
