The Reserve

Boulder

The Reserve is an established neighborhood at the southern edge of Boulder, set off Cherryvale Road where the city meets open space. Curving streets and cul-de-sacs wind beneath a mature tree canopy, with a community pool and tennis courts at its center. Baseline Reservoir and East Boulder Community Park lie just to the south, Sombrero Marsh spreads out to the northeast, and the Flatirons, the Front Range, and the Continental Divide fill the western horizon. Its blend of open-space edges, quiet streets, and close reach to campus and downtown defines the setting.
