Centaur Village North

Centaur Village North is an established neighborhood on the north side of Lafayette, set between Waneka Lake Park and the Coal Creek Trail. Cul-de-sacs and curving streets sit beneath a mature tree canopy, and a greenbelt trail corridor runs through the middle of the neighborhood, joining the park's southern open space from Centaur Village Drive and Caria Drive. Waneka Lake lies directly to the north, with its 1.2-mile loop trail, the boathouse for paddle boats and kayaks, and a riparian bird area along the north shore, while the Flatirons and the Front Range fill the western horizon beyond the lake and the farm plots. Its park edges, quiet streets, and short walk to the water define the setting, and they are why homes here hold a premium over the rest of the town's newer neighborhoods.
