Berkeley Hills

Denver

Berkeley Hills is an established neighborhood just north of Denver's city limits, set in unincorporated Adams County with a Denver address and rolling streets that rise toward views of the Front Range. Many of its homes are mid-century ranches and bungalows from the early 1950s on lots of up to a quarter acre, along streets with garden names such as Primrose Lane and Columbine Lane. Berkeley Hills Park, a five-acre green with a small pond, sits among the homes and is shared by the families around it, and Zuni Park is just nearby. The shops and restaurants of Tennyson Street and the Highlands are only minutes away, which gives Berkeley Hills a quiet, settled sense of community with the city close at hand.
